Freedom Learning Project by Luminara Star Florescu
Responding to Somerset Re-acquainted, artist Luminara Star created Freedom Learning Project for families to take part, using plants for wellbeing and healing.
‘Turning to nature and deepening my work with sacred plant medicine has been a soothing balm for myself and my family during Lockdown. It has led to some interesting and delightful discoveries, such as the Iris flower and its link to my Romanian heritage. It has revealed the Interconnectedness of all living things, past and present as well as the forgotten wisdom we carry in our DNA.’
Responding to Somerset Re-acquainted project, Luminara decided to create Freedom Learning Project which includes a number of gentle Invitations for families to take part in together – using plants for wellbeing and healing.
