A Landscape Of Objects at Lytes Cary
Contemporary Craft At Lytes Cary
Building on the introduction of high quality crafts via ‘Herbarium’ in 2016, this year saw a New Contemporary Craft weekend showcase take place in September with Somerset makers and guests including Sophie Woodrow, Jane Bevan and Penny Wheeler. The weekend hosted 'pop ups' from London's FLOW Gallery, Number Seven Dulverton and Chi Chi Moi, alongside a programme of talks, demonstrations and workshops.
Two site specific installations were also created by artist Lucy Large and participants of Jessica Palmer's paper sculpting workshop for Art Weeks.
