This is suitable for Arts Organisations and Galleries in Somerset such as public and commercial galleries, Arts clubs, societies and organisations, curators, project managers and schools and colleges. By becoming an Arts Organisation and Galleries Member, you will be part of the largest arts organisation network in Somerset and receive exclusive Member benefits:

• Participate in the biennial Members’ only event: Somerset Open Studios
• Participate in the biennial Somerset Art Works Festival Event
• Organisation/Gallery profile page on the Members’ Directory on Somerset Art Works website- update your own information and images with links to your website and social media channels
• Opportunity to have your business promoted across other SAW platforms and initiatives, such as social media and during Art Weeks events
• Invitation to SAW events such as Art Weeks launches, private views and events with Sponsors
• SAW will add your news items and opportunities to the Somerset Art Works website and monthly Members’ newsletter
• Receive the monthly Members’ e-bulletin with latest news, opportunities and networking information
• Join local networks- meet other Somerset Arts organisations and access local opportunities through regional meetings, symposium, online sessions and networking events
• Attend the Annual General Meeting and become more involved with the organisation
• Get involved with Somerset Art Works’ Education and Engagement programme working with schools, colleges and communities
• Representation of your interests at local and national level through Somerset Art Works’ advocacy with consultation groups, arts development organisations and national initiatives

About your membership

Membership lasts for 12 months. You will be sent a reminder to renew your membership 1 month before the renewal date. If you do not renew your membership, your Member Profile will no longer appear on the website. Your details will be held in accordance with SAW’s  Membership Signup Privacy Policy which explains why we collect your data, how we use it, how long we keep it for, and how you can request for it to be removed. SAW will never share your data with any third party.
