Description

A contemporary craft exhibition with specially- created work by Stewart Easton and Associates, Christopher Jelley, Jacky Oliver, Helen Snell and Gillian Widden. ‘Gather-ing’ references the function of a tithe barn as a space to collect/bring/gather people, animals and crops as well as a symbolic meeting place to gather for ritual celebration. ‘The richest opportunity to make work in an unconventional space which is different from a white cube gallery comes from the potential to evoke the ‘spirit of place’’ Entry fees apply.
