Dragonfly Labyrinth for Apex Park
A Dragonfly Labyrinth was designed by Christopher Jelley for Apex Park in April 2019, creating a focal point for play and healthy, outdoor activity. The location was perfect, a slightly inclined position meant that the shape of labyrinth path was visible, encouraging passers-by to explore.

7th August Apex Park Playday
Christopher Jelley and Melanie Tomlinson led activities exploring creativity and play, all with a meadow and nature theme.
Melanie Tomlinson ran a busy craft activity exploring nature themed paper tunnel books. 130 children and 40 participating adults took part in the workshops.
“I really enjoyed the workshop and found it interesting and engaging. I like the fact that I can do this activity with my kids at home and we are recycling and using paper and we could use magazine image cut outs too.” Parent
Christopher Jelley led poetry and play activities around the Dragonfly Labyrinth with over 300 people taking part over the day.
The Dragonfly Labyrinth was much appreciated by those visiting and the unique attribute of having such a long path inside a relatively small area of ground was very special.
